We want you to be happy with every order. This policy explains when refunds are available.
Creative orders (AI Video & AI Image)
- Before production starts, you can cancel for a full refund.
- After production starts, we work with you through the revisions included in your package to match your brief.
- If we cannot deliver what was agreed in the brief after revisions, we will offer a partial or full refund.
AI Academy courses
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course.
AI Automation projects
Refunds and milestones are defined in each project proposal you approve.
How to request a refund
Email hello@tvesstudio.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
