These Terms of Service govern your use of tvesstudio.com and the services provided by TVES Studio. By placing an order, buying a course or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
TVES provides AI creative production (videos and images), online AI courses (AI Academy) and custom AI automation projects.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are in USD. The final price for a creative order is shown before you pay. Automation projects are priced in a written proposal that you approve before work begins.
3. Your content
You confirm that you own or have the right to use the product photos, logos and materials you provide, and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights.
4. Ownership and use of deliverables
After full payment, you may use the delivered videos and images for your business, including websites, social media and paid advertising. Course content remains the property of TVES and is licensed for your personal or internal team use only.
5. Revisions
Creative packages include the revisions described on the package. Additional changes may be quoted separately.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use our services to create content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
7. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided as described. To the extent permitted by law, TVES is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
